Through the artistic program of the symphonic concert on Thursday, February 6, we explore new musical territories. This time, we bring to the forefront the music of composers from the Nordic countries. To begin, we will listen to „Echoes of Ossian”, a work by Danish composer N. GADE. Next, the extraordinary flutist Silvia Careddu (Resident Soloist of the Banatul Timișoara Philharmonic for the 2024/25 Season) will present the Flute Concerto by C. NIELSEN. To close the evening, we will enjoy the Peer Gynt Suites No. 1 and 2 by Norwegian composer E. GRIEG.
